Prop 207 includes some employment protections.
Employers cannot discriminate against employees for off-duty cannabis use unless the position is safety-sensitive or federal law requires drug testing. Drug-free workplace policies are still permitted.
DUI laws apply. Arizona has a per se limit of 5 ng/mL THC in blood. Medical patients are not exempt.
